PEEPING TOM IS LURKING IN ALISO VIEJO, IN ORANGE COUNTY

Residents in Aliso Viejo's Seagate Colony neighborhood were asked to be on the lookout for a Peeping Tom who was last seen lurking in the Laguna Audubon area.
The suspect, described as about 23 years old, was last seen in the early morning hours of November 15, said the city's Kelly Tokarski.
Lt. Rich Paddock, who heads the Sheriff Department's operations in the city, credited the Neighborhood Watch program with helping to nab a different Peeping Tom suspect who was convicted in an unrelated case.Read More
