DETAILS: For the first time in Orange County, Vienna’s World Famous New Year’s Concert arrives at the Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall. Salute to Vienna, a sparkling performance featuring a brilliant cast of 75 musicians, singers and dancers includes renowned Strauss Conductor, András Deák and Vienna’s most beloved soprano, Olga Szilágyi and tenor, Zrinko Soèo together with the 70 piece Strauss Symphony of America. This live Viennese New Year’s concert will feature the most popular excerpts from famous operettas, such as the Merry Widow and Die Fledermaus. Swirling dancers from the Vienna International Ballet will perform the Viennese Waltz live on stage in beautiful costumes showcasing the best waltzes, polkas and marches by Johann Strauss.
